All products sold on this site are authentic resale items obtained through legitimate sources and authorized distribution channels when applicable.

Blind Box & Randomized Product Policy

Trading cards, blind boxes, mystery packs, and similar collectible products contain randomized contents.

Specific cards, rarities, pulls, or “hits” are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in the product listing.

Due to the randomized nature of these products, opened items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Live Rip / Live Opening Policy

Certain products purchased through live streams or live rip events may be opened live before shipment.

By purchasing a live rip/opening product, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Products may be opened during a live stream prior to shipment

  • Contents are randomized

  • All sales become final once opening begins

Please review stream descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Return & Refund Policy

All sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened trading card products

  • Opened blind boxes or collectible items

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Randomized pull dissatisfaction

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are not the responsibility of Starlight Card Co. Please contact the carrier directly regarding missing or stolen packages.

Shipping Policy

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, preorder status, and live event schedules.

Special order and preorder items may require additional processing time before shipment. Estimated timelines are listed within individual product descriptions when applicable.

Shipping carrier delays are outside of our control and delivery dates are estimates only.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Community Marketplace Disclaimer

Any buy, sell, or trade activity occurring within our Discord server, social media communities, or other community spaces is conducted solely between individual users.

Starlight Card Co. is not responsible for payment disputes, scams, lost packages, authenticity disputes, or agreements made between community members.

Users participating in community transactions do so at their own risk.

Limitation of Liability

Starlight Card Co. shall not be held liable for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Third-party platform outages

  • Indirect or incidental damages related to product use or website access

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product ordered.
